Hamburg-based CHAPTERS Group AG is investing millions in Fuxam GmbH, making it the new, strong partner alongside the Berlin-based software company.

Fuxam develops and markets a modular all-in-one solution for universities, vocational training institutions, and continuing education providers. In the higher education market, Fuxam is one of the most modern campus management systems in the world with a fully integrated learning management system. Its exceptional user-friendliness, unique all-in-one approach, and comprehensive process optimization have led to significant customer growth this year. Most recently, the renowned CODE University of Applied Sciences became a new customer of Fuxam.

The CHAPTERS Group is thus further expanding its position in the education sector.
Several of the more than 60 portfolio companies are already active in the education sector.
